1. How long does it take to change the company secretary and registered office?
The entire process for the change of company secretary and registered office will be approximately 3-6 working days upon submission of complete information provided to us. This does not include any delays on the outgoing company secretary’s part with regards to the issuance of the resignation letter and the handover of the secretarial files over to us.
2. Is it compulsory to have a Company Secretary for a Sdn. Bhd./Berhad?
Yes, it is a requirement under the Companies Act 2016.
3. Can I put the registered office address as my mailing/correspondence address?
We recommend that you use your business address or residential address as the mailing/correspondence address to avoid us having to forward to you all letters/parcels that we receive on your behalf, which may cause delays and also incur cost.
4. My Company Secretary assists on personal tax filings and also other services like accounting, payroll and other professional services. Can you assist on these services as well?
Yes, we do provide all these professional services as well and we will be able to assist in these areas.
